Concept Note

Large central pedestrian park, multi activities for all age groups, walk ways and easy connections with Building Cores are the important assets of the design. Larger congregation spaces are planned on the ground, such as a multi activity lawn with a stage, practice Cricket Pitch, OAT plaza, Gazebos and the State of art Club with swimming pool and Spa zone and Gymnasium.

Podium landscape is designed with children centric activities and leisure spaces for senior citizens. These are spaces like active play areas, chess courts, board gave pavilion, Seniors plaza with open air gymnasium and also a multi-game court.

Elegant and minimalist Design language creates a contemporary statement .
